Dr. Kade and Dr. Ellis are certified medical examiners for the Department of Transportation. Both doctors are certified medical examiners with the FMCSA and will do everything within the law to help you pass and keep driving.
DOT physicals are $100. Most facilities charge much more. We can usually see you the same day you call. Very short wait times, usually less than 5 minutes from your appointment. Dr. Ellis and Dr. Kade will do everything within the law to help you pass and keep driving
